I wholeheartedly endorse this company for any roofing requirements. After a recent storm, Cody and a colleague approached me on a Saturday to assess my roof for hail damage. They discovered significant damage, and Cody assisted me in filing an insurance claim, which the insurance company validated. Right Choice Improvements provided a precise estimate and clearly outlined what to expect throughout the process. I scheduled a roof and gutter replacement for the following spring, and the work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. They maintained open communication during the tear-off, addressing any issues that arose and sending pictures to illustrate their findings, including necessary underboard replacements. I am extremely satisfied with my new roof and gutters, and I found the team to be friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Their exceptional service from start to finish truly impressed me.

Thank you for taking your time to come to our house and check out the Water Damage Problem. Our insurance adjuster had been out 3 x and the problem still hasn t been fixed. The vinyl siding on the east side of our home was damaged due to a fire on our neighbor's property. After receiving funds from our insurance company to deal with the damage, we found that quotes from several other contractors in the area were far higher than our insurance company was allowing for. Jeff from Right Choice Improvements stopped by, reviewed the situation, and said he would work with our insurance company to make sure the siding replacement was done properly. And that's exactly what happened. The work was done quickly and looked fantastic when completed. Right Choice Improvements made the process of dealing with an insurance claim painless, and our house is back to the way it was. The crew that did the work was courteous, communicative, and cleaned everything up when the job was done. I absolutely recommend Right Choice Improvements!

Metal Roofing is definitely more expensive than Asphalt Roofing - You will have sticker shock. But when you think about never having to worry about a shingle blowing off, having a leak, never putting a new roof on again, and the resale value - The cost seems to be worth it. Also, there are a variety of different types of metal roofs - many that actually look like shingle shake - that is what we went with. I worked with Jeff - He was always available - His crew did a great job - and they were quick and clean. They worked through some adverse weather conditions but got the job done in a few days. Never bothered us while they were at the house. Not sure what more you can expect from a contractor. I guess only time will tell if we made the Right Choice - but at this point I believe we did. Overall, very satisfied.

the owner is very good at explaining the products, and every thing that he would do. he is very honest and very good at what he dose and he give a great deal, i enjoyed the few days he was here and highly recommend his company .

The windows were ordered wrong twice. It took 10 weeks to get the windows to my home (wrongly measured). And the installer chopped my walls to make the retro fit windows fit. I now have to remove and level the windows and purchase new trim and casing and try to stain match and paint inside and outside both windows. I would not have them come back to redo anything as I do not think there operation is Qualified to be in business. Think twice about dealing with this outfit. Not a happy camper!!!

the work that they performed was great. house roof no longer leaks and the porch roof was great. however, i feel that the level of customer service was lacking. although the job took over a week to complete, neither of the owners (the ones who quoted the job) called or stopped by to check in. it was not until the job was actually finished and i called them to discuss why no one ever stopped by, that they actually stopped and took care of the couple of items that I was concerned about. although the work was good, I made the decision to go with them because of a level of customer service that I was sold on, but do not feel that I recieved.

Right Choice is definitely the right name! The work is absolutely wonderful. The value and work ethic is over the top.

Stand behind and they clean up after themselves. The job wasn't rushed. They are an honest company.
