When we asked if they could set up automatic withdrawals to prevent future missed payments, he again said ?No,? even while boasting that they are a national company?apparently one that can?t manage automatic billing. When my elderly mother mentioned contacting the BBB, he threatened to sue her. He then made repeated calls to me and threatened to ?make trouble? with my employer. While excavating near the house, the workers “accidentally” broke our water main. This of course was our fault and cost us an additional $3000! Read your contract. There is a small clause about accidents not being their fault. Subsequently, we had no water for two days and a large plumbing bill from a plumber they sent. This may not be over."
