We are a locally owned and operated concrete/asphalt removal, we also specialize in protective epoxy floor coatings, land clearing/grading, gravel/mulch delivery, and much more. I own a 20 foot 3 axle dump trailer and a track loader. Our company is fully insured. Give us a call today to schedule a time for an estimate.

We had just about given up when I found a YouTube video that addressed a similar problem. Now I could show contractors what we needed done. So we again went online searching for a contractor. When Eli (from AA Concrete & Concrete Removal) stopped by to give us an estimate he immediately understood the problem (even before I sent him a link to the YouTube) video. Eli was one of 3 contractors we contacted. The other 2 did not understand the issue. AA Concrete & Concrete Removal was thorough in their description the repair. I was informed to seal coat the aspahlt within 3 months/in fall, and the driveway didnt last that long. He refuses to give me the terms and conditions to the "warranty" on the driveway despite several times asking. He only picks up responses to getting paid and accepting work. Also do not view the "estimate", it is a trick to get you to accept their work. Communication is difficult with this company unless its about giving them money. Would not recommend."

Concrete leveling is absolutely worth it if you have sunken concrete slabs and want to restore them to level, especially if the slab is part of your home foundation. Concrete leveling is less than half the price of replacing concrete sidewalks, patios, walkways, and pool decks, and it’s about a quarter of the cost of replacing a foundation. If you also treat the underlying problem, it can be a worthwhile and permanent solution.

Most houses are expected to settle over time, but foundation sinking of more than a few inches or uneven sinking of more than an inch for every 20 feet is cause for concern. Any significant or uneven sinking should be assessed by a professional to determine the cause and perform any necessary repairs. 

A good slump height really depends on the project, but there is a use for nearly all slump levels. For example, low slumps are best in projects that require structure, such as curbs and roads. High slumps often require additional reinforcement, but they flow more freely into hard-to-reach spaces.

Mudjacking normally takes between one to three days to dry completely. The larger the project area, the more time it will take to dry. You should not walk on the concrete or place furniture or vehicles on the lifted concrete until it’s completely cured, which a pro can help determine. If you’re polyjacking instead, the polyurethane foam can take just a few minutes to dry, but wait an hour to be sure.
