"I hired JBS to replace my 50 year old patio (26ft x 27ft) whcih was heaved and broken. This job was right next to an in ground pool which for most contractors contacted was a no bid. They were professional and exacting. Their crew was a mix of old and young who all knew their work and acted like it. The concrete pour was well done. Full curing is a much longer process, taking anywhere from 30 days to a full year for the asphalt to reach maximum strength. During this extended curing period, the asphalt is susceptible to damage from heavy vehicles, sharp objects, and high temperatures. Factors like weather, the specific asphalt mix, and application thickness all influence drying and curing times.
