"We had our roof and siding done after a hail storm in 2022. After a few months we decided to have our roof inspected and there were a few problems brought to our attention. Holes that were caulked over and shingles that were lifting. Our siding also was falling off in places and warping. We submitted a claim, got a phone call that someone would reach out. A few weeks went by and nothing. We reached out to our contractor and he came out and looked at the issues and said it would all get taken care of in March. March has came and went, I contacted the contractor at the beginning of April and he claimed everything was ordered and should be in later that week. Here we are May 11th and we haven't heard a thing. Communication has been lacking and the quality of install was poor."

I requested a quote for siding repair, told the receptionist we needed siding repair, and then when the worker came he told me they don’t do siding repair. They only do full replacement, which we are not interested in doing at this time. Worker was condescending and said he needed to talk to my husband. Very disappointed in this whole experience."

They have also done numerous gutter cleanings on my house and are reasonable priced, very professional, and do a very thorough job. The rep even made sure to get some of the dust from the shingles that had been in my gutter for a while scraped off so that it would not build up even further. I have never had a gutter company do that! I give this company my highest compliments. They are a pleasure to do business with."
