"This is the second time I've had Blue Hills perform similar work; on my house a few years ago prior to selling it and on the house we subsequently purchased after box vents started to leak.  I was satisfied with both experiences.  Although their estimate was a bit higher than some others, I wanted to make sure a quality job was performed, and I got the impression they could/would deliver just that.  They completed my average-size ranch style house in a single day.  Only time will tell if the work holds up, but I don't have any complaints to this point.

"The windows our great! Energy saving due to the insulated glass saves money and never fogs or has condensation on the windows. The durability and ease of cleaning and opening these windows are a dream! Along with the aesthetics.
The crew that came to install the windows did awesome work fast cleaned up there work area things were in great shape when leaving. Since then I have had follow up calls and follow visits to make sure everything is working as I believe it should be which it is. Great company!! Would have them do any work for me and my family and would have them do anyone else's work too. Do not let this company slip by without a try!"

True fireplaces, made of brick and stone, are complex and require professional installation; adding them to an existing home is demanding and expensive. However, a chimney liner does serve as a protective coating for the flue. Adding a liner could improve performance, safety, and durability. In short, while not necessary, it wouldn’t hurt.
