Igor and his team were so wonderful to work with for our hot tub project. It required a bit more thinking outside the box literally and figuratively and Igor with his staff made it seem easy and seamless. I really enjoyed their company:) Nice team of people:)

They didn't charge me for a trip fee, and prices were reasonable.

They responded very quickly to repair storm damage to outdoor wiring.

We had incredible service and will hire them again when we finish our basement. Their staff are professional and kind. Their work is well done and thorough. I really enjoyed working with Igor and his staff. They did a variety of jobs for us including install of bathroom fan, ceiling fans, can lighting, garage lighting and outdoor outlets. I highly recommend hiring Nakoma for all electric needs.

Chris showed up on-time and proceeded to install our light fixtures and thermostat. No drama. He's going to research another couple fixtures we'd like to get. Super job.

They came the next morning. Fixed a simple problem I could not figure out. The GFI test button had to be pushed ALL the way in, I had pushed it, but not enough I guess. Super cheap rates $60/hr. Took him 2 min.

Excellent diagnosis of a complex problem; rapid repair; very reasonable cost; and a delight to converse with while working. Should have called them months ago.

I had Igor install an exhaust fan in my bathroom and install an electrical outlet in my foyer. The work was done quickly and for a good price. My only complaint was that where the exhaust fan was installed, a 6 inch cut in the ceiling was visible that must have been a mistake. This was not repaired before they left the site. Although it was easy for me to repair with some joint compound, I feel that I should have been apologized to for the mistake and the price reduced for such an obvious eyesore.

Although they advertise no trip charge, there was a $25.00 trip charge + their hourly rate. Regardless, I would have still used them

The work that was done, did not match the work that was quoted. We also did not get an itemized bill for what we understood was a maximum price. Part of this is our fault and we will be much more specific if we need a contractor for anything in the future.

I could not get my usual electrician to even return my calls. Nakoma Electric was immediatly available, set an appointment and showed up on time and finished the job promptly. I threw away the contact information of my old electrician and will use Nakoma in the future.
