"Most of the employees were conscientious Work lasted about a week and was the installation of a waterproofing system in my interior basement. The cement over the drain is very uneven with the existing flooring in much of the area. No way could carpet be used after this. Anyone contemplating this same kind of work should specify floor must be level and ask to see actual material covering the walls, not just pictures to avoid surprises. Clearly much of my disappointment would have been avoided if I had been more fastidious in my specifications and investigations."

"Rich Reimer inspected our basement for suspected mold. It turns out we do not have a mold problem but Rich spent more than half an hour testing our sump pump (it doesn't work) and advising us to get a basement specialist in because he noticed a gap between our basement walls and floor where moisture (and resulting minteral stains) is causing problems. Rich also noticed roots coming from the drain pipes that feed water to the sump pump. I expected to pay something for the inspection and advice but Rich refused. Unlike regular cleanings, snaking your sewer line should be done as needed. There’s no reason to snake your sewer line if you don’t have any noticeable issues, like slow drainage or plugged drains.
