Upon returning from vacation a week later, we found a number of dead/almost dead bees in a bedroom. I called that day (Sunday) and Steve replied to me that afternoon. "initially service was good. As the 12 month contract progressed, there was a noticeable decline in customer service with Hawx seeming more interested in review ratings than customer service. Last service was scheduled between 8-12 with the tech not showing until 12:30 with no courtesy call prior to showing up. Trying to close our account with them took hours of hold time and phone transferring."
