"Jarrett was wonderful to work with. He kept to his word and on what he was going to do and kept to the price. He gave us ideas and design suggestions on the decks (2) decks. The contractor we had hired when starting the project left with no warning in the middle if it and Jarrett graciously fixed the other contractors poor workmanship to bring it to code and basically had to rebuild decks from the beginning. He did a large basement remodel for my son which turned out beautiful. My son was trying to get some furniture in thru the basement window which had to be removed and replaced. We couldnâ  t get the window out. It was a weekend and he cam eout ion his time right away. We called him for advice initially but he just came out. We have projects we definitely will. be using him for. He also painted some dormers on our very tall house and did an excellent job. "They were very helpful on advising on specifications. In general, I found roofers specifying roof replacement the cheapest way possible rather than what is most cost effective long-term. Once, I got multiple contractors matching on specs, GF was clearly cost competitive, particularly given no subcontractor usage. Actual install was smooth except for two things. It took more time than they budgeted for, but they handled that well and didn't try to ask for extra payment. Second, they discovered that the backing of the house's original aluminum siding was rotten when they were installing new flashing. Understandably, they didn't want to put it back up as is (which I can appreciate). Thankfully, they were able to provide a cost effective answer regarding new siding, as I didn't want to have to big that out with everything already torn up."

"The end result is very satisfactory.  It has enhanced the beauty of our home significantly.  We are very pleased with the quality of the material and the overall construction of the deck.  The actual project took significantly longer than we anticipated since we signed the order for the work in early to mid June and not until near the end of July was the work actually started and then completed in August.  In addition, once the project was started, it took what appeared to be a pretty long time to complete it.  This was very likely due to the weather that we had in Wisconsin where it was uncommonly hot in July that slowed down construction work through out the area.  Mr. Quigley was a very competent and friendly contractor.  He knew what he was doing and, as we said earlier, the result is very satisfactory"
