"Worst experience ever, purchased a brand new washer and dryer set, also purchased the extended warranty on the dryer and washer. Washer was a total joke and so was the customer service it took them 8 MONTHS to repair our washer, yes 8 months of no washer. Then when the washer was FINALLY fixed the dryer quit working and the lady called and tried saying the dryer had no warranty when I have it right on the paper work at my home that there was a warranty with it till April 20th 2022. Now they want me to pay after the service technician came and tore my dryer apart and just left it. What a joke!! Will never buy from them again or recommend anyone. Pathetic."
