Furniture & Appliance Mart

The Salesperson did a awesume job and was very helpful. We have use Furniture and Appliance Mart in the Past with good results, but this was our first experie
nce having something delievered.  They don't give you a delivery date at the point of sale only tell you they will call you in the evening to set up a delievery time. Well when they call they assume you are willing to leave your house open or don't care to be there for the installation. Its quite assuming when they expect you to make arrangements to get off of work with such short notice.

When the refrigerator came, it seemed NOISY.  I went on line, and many people complained about the new energy efficient refrigerators being noisier than the older models.  But, we were also getting a build up of ice on the top front portion of the freezer.  We called up Furniture and Appliance Mart as they have their own repair department.  The repairman noted the seal on the door had not been snapped into place, allowing an air leak.  While he was fixing it, I complained to him about how NOISY i was.  He said the fan was the culprit, and ordered us a new motor and blade.  It came within a week, and he returned to install the new fan with is MUCH quieter.  Although I would have preferred not to have problems with a new appliance, I couldn't be happier in how our concern was addressed.
