Really not happy with Kevin and his practices and would suggest not to buy from him or do business. Very hurt that a business owner would used deceitful practices to make money.

I purchased a dryer from them on Wednesday (2/6) and they had said they
would deliver on Friday. I informed them that I would not be at the
house, I had to work, I gave them my cell phone and my work phone if
they had any problems or questions for me. I get home Friday at six in
the evening, and no dryer. I call first thing Saturday morning, and
while I am trying to explain my situation to the woman, asking if they
had come at all or they had some difficulty finding the door I had left
unlocked for them, she interrupts me, does not answer my questions, and
tells me she'll reschedule for Saturday at noon. At four, I realized they weren't coming.
I called again, got a nice gentleman by the name of Dave and he apologized for the mix-up and said he'd have it delivered on Monday morning. The dryer was delivered but not in working order.
I called on Tuesday, and in addition to a fifty dollar gift certificate to the store they upgraded me to a dryer that was almost double what I had originally spent.
Kevin, the owner, did his best to remedy the situation. I do appreciate that they acknowledged the mistake, and they did their best to help me through it. The upgrade was unexpected, but very much appreciated and they sent out the gentlemen who had originally made the mistake and he apologized, owned up to it, shook my hand, and said to call if anything else goes wrong and he'd handle it.
So, this started off as a situation that I was thoroughly exasperated with, but Kevin and his team really stepped up, owned their mistake, corrected it, and went above and beyond to remedy it

No real complaints other than it took a while for our new stove to come in. That was no fault of theirs.
