"We had a floor installed a year and half ago and are still asking them to meet the warranty requirements. Our claim started on day on. The floor had an acrylic finish that had not set well. This was obvious even to the installers. The floor would scratch just from shoes walking on it. Even felt tipped furniture would scuff it. The installation was ok, but took months to get the proper trim pieces and they were poorly installed. So I may have made a bad decision on the product, however the real disappointment is Sue the owner. When I questioned her on anything she would throw her 30 years of experience on the table. When it came to honoring or even processing the warranty, she was AWOL. The selection seems good in this small regional area, but next time, I will drive the sixty miles and go to Home Depot or Menards. Better products better prices. Don't waste your time here."
