"We had a small leak that only happened in severe rainstorms. Instead of diagnosing this problem the salesperson wa ted to sell us their complete system. They painted a picture of a poorly constructed basement with many problems. We resisted but finally agreed this was s mistake, because the only problem found after tearing up our basement was a dead sump pump and maybe extra weep holes could have been put in the crock. The original basement drainage system was correctly installed to code. Now our perfect basement floor has permanent scars and we are still fighting the concrete dust leftover from the project. The workers also damaged our vinyl siding and stained it with some type of solvent when cleaning areas that were marred during work. They are probably solve severe basement problems, but we were definitely “oversold”. We made a regrettable error in trusting their expertise."

I was never left wondering what if—a few times, I had ideas mid-project, and Nick always provided his professional opinion before executing them flawlessly. The entire project lasted about three months, though it likely would have been completed sooner if not for the holiday season. Regardless, everything was strategically planned and executed on time. From a financial standpoint, the payment structure was transparent, with a clear breakdown of what percentage was due and when, based on project milestones. Scott would send a simple notification when a payment was due, but work continued without delay—even before payments were received. There was never any pressure, just a well-managed and trustworthy process. Fortunately, we had the funds and stayed on schedule with our payments. Prior to the basement project, we had already taken on a few other home improvements, including painting the interior and closing off a wall to add closet space.
