We have a Tri-Level home, the temp differance between the upstairs bedrooms and the lower level family room was unacceptable. The furnace (or AC) fan runs at a slower rate (can't even hear it) after the unit reaches temp to the keep the air temp balanced at all levels. Before if you wanted the family room to be at 68, we had to set the thermostat to 74.... then the bedrooms were at 76 (way too warm for us). Now I set the Heat to 68 and the whole house stays at 68. and quot;Hats Offand quot; to Chris (he did the proposal) for seeing that the lower level was missing the return air! I had 5 proposal's done, this wasnt spotted by anyone else. We are very happy with the job they did

- Lloyd's Plumbing & Heating CorpI have a Victorian era home that has almost all cast-iron drain-waste-vent pipes and galvanized steel supply lines, so working on most of the projects myself is not an option. Lloyd's was very knowledgeable and prompt for both the bidding and the work, even pointing out ways in which I would save money to have it done. For example they recommended at the bidding process that the cast-iron tub removal and valve replacement be done on a time and materials basis, as it would probably run a few hundred dollars cheaper than their standarised bidding process, which gives a more average price for the type of work performed as opposed to the actual cost of time and materials that my very specific project would require. There was the risk that something unforeseen would crop up, raising my cost above an average bid, but in looking over the project they didn't think that would be the case, and they were right. They installed all the fixtures well, even repositioning the existing shower nozzle to a higher level once they found out that I am 6' 4" tall, as a bonus. They did cause a small chip in the acrylic tub as they installed it, and even though it would not have been a visible chip once the trimwork was reinstalled around the tub, they had an outside vendor contact me, repair the chip, and billed Lloyd's directly for it
