"Mr. Schultheiss was prompt in replying to my request for an estimate. He immediately scheduled one and was right on time when he arrived. He gave a good honest estimate, spent plenty of time looking over everything, was courteous, polite and to the point. Left us a business card and we seemed satisfied that he could and would get the job done. The estimate seemed a little steep however when I told my brother about it he decided he would rather do the work himself and we didn't actually hire Mr. Schultheiss. Even though Mr. Schultheiss did call to set-up another appointment with us, we had to thank him just the same and say good-bye."
