All stages of replacement of our countertop and backsplash were done on time and really well done. All crew members were polite, knowledgeable and they cleaned up after themselves. They came when they said they would and worked efficiently. I highly recommend KG Stevens for any countertop replacement.

Countertop installation was completed several years ago. After 8 weeks of waiting the countertops were installed. They looked good and I was satisfied (besides being told they would be installed in 4 weeks not 8). Now, several years later, I am trying to sell my house. The inspector finds that the countertops are a safety concern due to them not being glued down properly. They actually flip up if you lean heavily on the breakfast bar. I ask KG Stevens to stand by their work, but they were not interested. The lady only would repeatedly say, "It's outside the 1 year warranty and we charge 200 dollars for just the service call." She also told me it is not possible that they were installed incorrectly. I would have liked for them to stand by their work, but it is ok that they did not. It was not OK to be rude though.

Great experience.  They bring you into their offices and you do a digital layout of your kitchen and agree digitally on where the seams will be and what part of the stone will be used for the seams.
Highly recommend.

The holes they measured for the vanity don't match the faucets I have. I now have to buy a new faucets. I will not be off till next Wednesday, so now I have to run up and down the stairs. I repeatedly said the faucet is new and someone event came out to measure, but yet the holes are incorrect. They gave $150.00 off for the inconvenience.

I submitted to them pictures and sketch of the counter top and received an estimate via phone. After I agreed to the price, they came to verify the dimensions and help me to select the matching color. After that, in about 4 weeks, they came, removed broken countertop and installed the new one. An excellent and very inexpensive professional operation. Note that because the size of the replacement countertop section was relatively small, one of the general contractors gave me name of this company. Otherwise, I think, they are a wholesaler, but appears sometime do work for individuals.
