ABOUT LAKEVIEW MASONRY Lakeview Masonry completes projects for General Contractors, Homeowners, and Architects. We are based in Duluth, Minnesota and have been involved in projects as far north as Grand Portage, MN to as far east as Solon Springs, Wisconsin. OUR EXPERIENCED STAFF Our Lakeview crew was established in 2005, giving us the experience and knowledge to create and carry out unique and personalized design projects. I am a general contractor with 22 years of experience. I don't just do it all I do it all WELL, and I take my time to make sure that the customer is happy with the end result. I generally work on a half down, half when the job is completed basis, but I will look at each situation individually and determine what is fair to the customer.

We are a small masonry firm doing stonework in Northwest Wisconsin, mostly on new and remodeling jobs. Usually we work in conjunction with the homeowner and General Contractor on residential projects. Billing is usually half down at the beginning of the project for materials and balance billed at the end. Some larger projects may need interim payments. We are covered by insurance and our masons are experienced, with seasoned tenders. We like to hear from you well ahead of time so we can keep up with scheduled work, and help work out details ahead of time to avoid delays.

I have owned and operated Mr. Chimney Sweep for 30 years. I am the owner operator of this business. My wife answers the phone, and I have one full time employee, Michael Snider. We are a complete chimney service provider. I have been certified with the CSIA for 30 years, and a member of the National Chimney Sweep for the same period. I am also a member of the Wisconsin Chimney Specialist Guild. Cost depends on the job. We are professional, clean, punctual, and honest.
