    The move went excellent, the crew was timely, caring and careful. While most of the items were not valuable my most standards they treated them like the treasures they were to my Grandma and were so sweet to her. On top of that, when she tipped them a small amount of cash while none of us were in the room, they came to us outside of earshot and told us she had done that and immediately offered to return it (which of course we didn't take back.) Those guys worked their tails off and to think they were trying to return the $20 she gave each of them is beyond expectations. You hear all kinds of horror stories of the elderly being taken advantage but no worries of that here - it was the exact opposite. I can say with confidence the Quality Moving crew is top notch honest professionals. We were so grateful for the help at such a stressful & emotional time. Grandma has passed now, but I sincerely thank Quality Moving for making our time with her comfortable with the surroundings of "home" even when she couldn't be

    Exceptional service! We could not have been more pleased with these crews. Following our first move, we were so impressed, so we added a considerable tip for the guys who had worked so carefully, diligently and efficiently to move our belongings. We did not expect to need their services again, but life happens...and we ended up moving again just two weeks later. Our experience (with two of the same guys and two new) was exactly the same. They were dedicated, careful, considerate and so fast! So, of course, we gave these guys a nice gratuity as well. I fully and emphatically recommend this company. If you want dedication, efficiency, consideration and a git ‘er done attitude, this is your moving company

    Bester Brothers did an excellent job. We appreciated having our phone calls returned promptly, and the in-person estimate based on a walk-through of our property. The estimate was quite a bit higher than our actual bill, but we were told that it was a "worst-case scenario." This actually gave us the opportunity and the incentive to do more packing and organizing in order to save money. Bester Brothers movers were careful, polite, and very hard working. They even called our attention to a bit of damage on a dresser that they hadn't actually caused--I knew the ding was from a previous move! None of our things were damaged

    Two days before the move I realized I needed help. They sent out two packers who did a wonderful job. They detailed labeled all the boxes which really helped. The movers showed up and did a fabulous job, it was a big house. I would highly recommend them!

    Both times we used Quality we were more than satisfied. The crew was on-time, friendly and hard-working. Since we were paying by the hour we were especially impressed by the fact that they were constantly working.     It went very well. The two guys that came to do the work were kind and courteous. They wrapped the couches up to prevent damage going in and out of the doors and keep the recliners from opening up.     What a great job these folks did. We basically were only moving furniture, as we had "pre-moved" most of our clothing and knick-knacks, but what a great job they did with furniture: taking apart and reassembling furniture, wrapping and protecting finishes, and securing our goods on their truck. They did move one closet of clothing, hanging it in wardrobe boxes and rehanging at our destination. They were as busy as bees throughout the process. I highly recommend Moving APT

    Awesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you

    When I first contacted Cristy, the co-owner, she quickly arranged the move and gave me a price quote during a very busy month. She was creative in squeezing me into her schedule. The movers arrived on time in CT and loaded the truck carefully and quickly. When they arrived in DC the next morning, also on time, they were extremely careful will all items. Nothing was damaged or broken, including my house, and they completed the job without any problems whatsoever. I have never experienced any movers as careful and considerate as Garrett and Chase were. Christy kept me updated along the way regarding changes in the schedule. She was also a delight to work with. If this company every went public, I would invest heavily in it since it excels ahead of all of its competition as far as my research showed. The price for the job was reasonable considering both the competition and the difficulty I would have experienced if I did the move myself. I would hire them again without any hesitation
