Great customer service

Perfect moving team! These guys were able to deliver everything they promised. Clean, safe packing, they handled very well all the furniture so nothing got scratched. I was very happy that did it in one day. The price was very good also and very efficient. I recommend them for a quick, safe and affordable move.

These guys intentionally moved slow. I complained to Chester and he told me to deal with it. When I approached the movers they went ballistic. They damaged my dresser in 3 spots and when I told Chester about it he could have cared less. A move that should have taken 4 hours took 7 with my help and I have MS and am a senior citizen, and they only moved half of what they were supposed to. When they left to deliver my things to my new place, 8 miles away, they disappeared for 40-45 minutes with no explanation and charged me for it! I think everyone who's been taken by these guys should get together and file a lawsuit against them. I truly believe that the movers and Chester have some kind of racket going on. C. Moved like turtles. Took 3 hours longer than estimate. Had moved the exact same stuff plus several more boxes, the exact same mileage in 3 hours. This move back to same address took 7. Everything was packed when movers arrived. Completely broke a desk. Would not recommend.

This was the 2nd time I used Premium Moving in the last 30 days. They are well organized,, prompt and maintain the schedule. We will use them again. John Wessel

The first time I used them they were very agreeable and worked well. However, the furniture took a beating and has several damaged spots. The second move went well and the movers wrapped things carefully to avoid any injury to furniture.

Showed up on time (but at the neighbors house). Took a 2 hour lunch. Damaged the linoleum floor in two places. But got everything moved.

Not exactly most professional crew I?ve worked with. Moving of mattresses was not handled well - not covered dropped on a couple occasions I witnessed. Some wall dings and furniture scuffs along the way. That said they were enthusiastic and got it done quickly. Don?t think we would use them again though.

They moved a slate pool table from one basement to mine. They disassembled it and reassembled including spending over an hour of leveling it. Certainly recommend them.

Able to book at the last minute which was awesome! Movers were very slow though.

Professional. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them highly. Loading and then unloading was very efficient and organized. The workers were friendly, courteous and cooperative. Prices were quite reasonable.

Reasonable quote for 5.25 hours of moving in Wisconsin. Workers were very pleasant, friendly and hard-working. Chester was very easy to deal with and very prompt with communication.
