Our meeting with her was extremely informative and we felt her no pressure approach a refreshing change from the other salesman who gave us quotes.She gave us great insight as to what would look best in our remodel. The install was also a great experience, Chip and Jared did a tub to shower conversion, replacement of floor, vanity, toilet, and medicine chest in only a day and a half. They were helpful, friendly and did a very good job. On top of it, the install occurred one month earlier than we were expecting."

The contractor that actually did the bathroom remodel work was so excellent - he made sure I was involved in the last minute design changes and that everything would work for our family. My only complaint is I wish they would do the complete project, including touching up paint and flooring. However, the shower and bath we got are absolutely amazing and I absolutely love our new bathroom!"

"Excellent initial consultation with Ryan M. Careful COVID-19 prevention measures. Thorough and knowledgeable explanation of all options. Provided a quote that did not change throughout the entire process. Scheduled an installation appointment about 6 weeks later. We requested a change order that was dealt with expeditiously. Installers arrived on at the day and time as promised. Jon B. and Chris G. were professional and skilled. Demolition debris had to be removed by carrying it throughout our entire house and when finished, they left everything immaculate. Job involved a significant amount of demolition, re-routing of plumbing, addition of walls, water proofing an existing window, and installation of a walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. Again, professional in all aspects. Would hire again in a minute."

"This repair of a 68 year old home has left me dry as a bone and happy. I had drain tile installed, interior steel beams after the aging block was made plumb again, and exterior drainage and a sump pump installed. I also took the opportunity to get an egress window put in. Things were explained clearly, work was done within the set time frame, and follow-up was done to be sure things were working well. A good experience all around!"
