"PAMM LLC was outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone. The owner Dan and two of his employees showed up four straight days in a row and worked from 9:30ish to around 5-5:30ish. Four sold days of working, they were non-stop – no breaks or lunches that I could see. All were pleasant, professional, and at the end of the night they cleaned up everything and took all their tools with them – even though it would have been easier to leave them. They wanted to leave our home clean. As you might have guessed with four days of projects, I needed a lot from them. I priced out a couple of Handymen companies and the way they sent the quote - made the most sense to me. They organized some of the work by project and some by the hour. At the end of the 4 days some of the hourly rates were broken down into how much time they really spent. Some of them only took 15 minutes so that was all they charged for. Demolition debris had to be removed by carrying it throughout our entire house and when finished, they left everything immaculate. Job involved a significant amount of demolition, re-routing of plumbing, addition of walls, water proofing an existing window, and installation of a walk-in shower with multiple shower heads.
