It went very well. I had a different company stand us up, so I was in a desperate situation to get hot water to my tenants. I also have an odd hot water heater since it does not vent outside of the house. Sonntag Plumbing was their first things the next morning, and got everything done and CLEANED out by 8am. They were wonderful!

Dave from Sonntag plumbing took care of multiple drainage and leaking issues in the old house I recently moved in to. He fit me into his schedule even with his partner on vacation. He was very professional and thorough.

Garbage disposal was stuck. Service man first tried to sell me a new garbage disposal, then, at my insistence, tried to loosed the disposal and succeeded. The minimum fee was $99, plus a $10 discount for seniors as promised on the web page (he first quoted me a $5 discount for seniors). He was at my home about 10 minutes.

After more than a year of constantly cleaning up under sink and calling installing plumber and being told it was not their fault and that it was something I would have to "live with" I called Sonntag Plumbing based on check w/ Angie's List. The time from initial phone call to problem solved was less than 90 minutes. The professional who came to my home explained what was wrong, how it should have been done initially, what he could do to fix it, and after actually giving me time to absorb it all and make a decision he fixed it and cleaned up after himself.
We are going to add a bathroom later this year and will ask Sonntag Plumbing to do the work without even checking the price of other plumbers. They are that good! Quick, efficient,professional and based on experience do quality work!

I have used Sonntag Plumbing on two different occasions, both times to tremendous satisfaction. The first time was in November of 2011. I was away from home and received a call that my water main valve in my basement was flooding my basement. I rushed home in the middle of the night only to realize that my water main valve was shot. I packed the bonnet with teflon tape to slow the leaking. At 730am the next morning I called Sonntag's. They arrived at my house within the hour, shut off the main valve at the street, replaced my old water main valve in the basement and completed the job in just over an hour. The plumber they sent out was extremely courteous, explained everything that needed to be done and came in $20 under his estimated price. Just last month, upon returning home from the road (I am an OTR Truck driver), I immediately took a shower, only to find that I had very little hot water coming from my shower head. I quickly finished my cool shower, went to the basement and found my water heater leaking heavily from the bottom of the unit. I called Sonntag, again. They gave me instructions on how to safely and properly shut off the gas and water to my heater, then how to drain it. They arrived promptly @ 730am the following morning and replaced my water heater with in an hour and disposed of my old water heater. I have been luxuriating in a bounty of efficiently heated water ever since!

I am thrilled to have a professional, conscientious, family-owned business like Sonntag's in my community. I feel very lucky to have found a proprietor with strong quality minded values. They are quick, efficient, courteous and fair, plus they clean up their mess once they have finished their work.
