Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. They showed up an hour late...and for the deep clean service were there for 6.5 hours (didn't even get to the inside of our fridge, and I didn't have them change bed linens). "In spite of the fact that home advisor totally messed everything up because I wasnâ t looking for carpet cleaning I was looking for someone to evacuate water from my carpet after a bad storm. I tried to call and speak with the supervisor at home advisor I was put on hold for a long time and then was hung up on. "The cleaners did an excellent job in cleaning the carpet and attempting to remove all darkened areas in the carpeting. There were a few areas that they were unable to remove completely, but it appeared that those areas wouldn't come clean anyway. They did forget to clean the storage area at the entrance of the apartment, but this was not an issue as that room is being re carpeted."
