Vinyl Liner for Swimming Pool Replacement
Took a full year from when we put the deposit down for a new liner, to get installed! They came out over 10 times measuring and re-measuring. Finally I sent my measurements directly to Merlin and I also was the one who approved there prints. so that they could start making it. Gary said ?they will have the liner in 5 days and install on the next day. 2 weeks later he finally installs the liner and explains to me that Merlin requires a new way of measuring and that is why he was having an issue (it was a standard tape measure). Gary through out the summer had multiple excuses as to why various things weren?t going as planned. He had 1 employee quit, the replacement got first, and hire two young guys (in which 1 quit). Now he is heading back home, the Philippines and doesn?t plan on coming back. The one guy that stayed is going to buy the business over payments (no experience, except the last 3 months). BEWARE!

"Thank you for your feedback. We understand the frustration with delays and would like to clarify a few points regarding this project. The deposit for the liner was placed in advance to lock in pricing before the seasonal increase, with clear communication that installation would take place the following season, as liners cannot be installed during cold weather. When the project began, multiple site visits were required due to a cyberattack affecting our manufacturer's internal dealer software. Although their public website remained online, the system used for submitting precise measurements was temporarily down. At their request, we remeasured and manually resubmitted the specifications to ensure accuracy. Updates were provided throughout the process as they became available, and the liner was installed successfully with confirmation of satisfaction regarding the fit and finish. A follow-up visit was already scheduled for minor remaining items, but another provider was hired before we could return. It is also worth noting that this is the third liner replacement this pool has undergone within the last four years. Under normal circumstances, a properly installed and measured liner should last significantly longer than that. This is why we took extra care, especially during a critical time when the manufacturer's software was down, to ensure that the measurements were verified and submitted with complete accuracy before production. Despite the manufacturer's temporary system issue, we adapted immediately, followed their manual measurement protocol, and ensured the liner was ultimately installed properly. In addition, the statement about the business being left to someone with "no experience" is inaccurate. The company has not been sold. Ownership and management remain fully intact, and all technicians currently working in the field are trained and certified pool professionals. Operations continue as normal and remain active. Gary has so much knowledge that he is willing to share and to make your time spent on pool cleaning to a minimum. He does a great job and will have him back for our first pool closing with the new salt water pool he put in. Friends comment how clean the pool is and how great their skin feels. We spend almost no time cleaning our pool now. Highly recommend!!!

Stated that he served the green bay area but then would not deliver supplies to green bay. Would also not return phone calls and text messages in regards to supplies ordered. I ended up never receiving my filter supplies.

He broke my pressure gage on my pump promised to replace it then when he turned the dial it only goes one way he broke it again he said he'd fix it he spent more time talking and being on his phone the pool was still green had to have another one come out now its finally clear the cover on the filter he cracked he promised to replace all but still has not showed up
