I was reminded about this requirement 3 days before I needed to move out so I had to call everyone I could and just hope someone could help me on such a short notice. One of the places I called reccomended heavens best as a possible solution and they were indeed the solution to my problem. He squeezed me into his schedule and got it done for a solid price. "within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"Jeremy showed up right on time. He cleaned the carpet so quietly and efficiently even our normally high strung dog didn't notice him much. He was up front about the things that could and couldn't be fixed and knowledgeable about cleaning carpet. We even had Pad Injection done at the site of a couple of really bad pet soiling areas. The whole house smells nice and clean now, and the carpets look great. There were a few spots that couldn't be gotten totally clean due to abuse on our part (really we should vacuum more often) but it looks fantastic. He took extra time at the end with his UV light to look for any remaining pet stains."

They showed up an hour late...and for the deep clean service were there for 6.5 hours (didn't even get to the inside of our fridge, and I didn't have them change bed linens). "In spite of the fact that home advisor totally messed everything up because I wasnâ t looking for carpet cleaning I was looking for someone to evacuate water from my carpet after a bad storm. I tried to call and speak with the supervisor at home advisor I was put on hold for a long time and then was hung up on. Their customer service is totally subpar and I wouldnâ t recommend home advisor to anybody. Iâ m reporting HomeAdvisor to the Better Business Bureau."
