I am a dedicated Husband and father to 2 great kids (Addy and Austin).\n\nI grew up in Appleton and lived in the Fox Valley my entire life. I have had a successful career in Operations, but its time for a change.\n\nI am watching my parents and my friends parents age and struggle to maintain their homes. It's hard to watch someone lose something they worked so hard for just because of physical limitations/aging. \n\nThat is why I started my business. I want to support people's lives by helping them stay in their home. \n\nYou need it done, I can get it done.

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Jeremy showed up right on time. He cleaned the carpet so quietly and efficiently even our normally high strung dog didn't notice him much. He was up front about the things that could and couldn't be fixed and knowledgeable about cleaning carpet. We even had Pad Injection done at the site of a couple of really bad pet soiling areas. The whole house smells nice and clean now, and the carpets look great. There were a few spots that couldn't be gotten totally clean due to abuse on our part (really we should vacuum more often) but it looks fantastic. He took extra time at the end with his UV light to look for any remaining pet stains."

"The cleaning job was very thorough, everything was explained. Since the protectorant spray is somewhat sticky, it seemed difficult for him to wipe up. That would be the only things I would want to see different--not having to clean up after the spray."

"They did an amazing job, and worked very hard. They showed up an hour late...and for the deep clean service were there for 6.5 hours (didn't even get to the inside of our fridge, and I didn't have them change bed linens). However, they were very friendly and our house looked wonderful! I would recommend them and use their services again!"
