Aaron is efficient, dependable, hardworking, polite and very conscientious about doing an amazing job. Tore down 3 dilapidated cottages, cleared the foundation to where you couldn't even tell there were cottages there, hauled away the debris and did a few extra things for us. Pricing is very fair. We plan on hiring him to do more work for us. We would highly recommend A&R.

Aaron arrived when he said he would. We walked the property site and discussed what I needed done. He went right to work. He was mindful of the neighbors property lines and was careful not to disturb the area. My job was small, filling in a hole left by a 30 foot round pool. I didn't expect any additional landscaping because of the price we agreed on before he started, however Aaron went above and beyond and not only smoothed out the area but feathered out and blended the surrounding terrain. He did 100 percent more than I expected. Actually the area looks better than before we put the pool in. Aaron portrayed a keen seance of professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend A&R Landscaping for your excavation, Landscaping needs.

I am not familiar with the demolition process, so maybe some things are done by all demo services. We had discussed whether or not to break up a cement pad, and I said No. He broke it up anyway and had a big pile of cement chunks over to the side. He told me he had not bid to haul cement, so the chunks are still sitting there, unsightly. I am also left with broken glass all over the place, because windows were not removed first. Maybe that is the way its done. Earth and debris were pushed to the sides and left in huge piles. Maybe theres finishing work that I had not agreed to or had not mentioned. I would not do a demolition this way again. I wanted that cement pad left, and I certainly did not want a big pile of cement chunks. The work was done on time and got done in a timely manner. Service was courteous. It could be my lack of knowledge on demolition that made me less than happy with the job. I know better now.

"Several thoughts on this, 1) We walked the site with the customer after the job was completed and she stated she was happy with the work. 2) We did not remove the slab, the concrete mentioned was footing piers we discovered during the demo. These had to be removed due to the nature of the construction of the barn. 3) The job was to demolish an old horse barn that was already partially collapsed, most of the windows were already broken, or could not be removed due to safety concerns relating to the instability of the structure. 4) There were large piles of horse manure in and around the building, these were pushed off to the side. 5) There was a large amount of old farm debris and such like on the property, including some in the vicinity of the collapsed barn. This was not removed, as were contracted to remove the barn, not clean up the property."
