"I had a great 1st time experience with Pratt for the services I had performed. I called to make an appointment on a Saturday and was told the first opening was not until late December. I then requested to be contacted if there was an opportunity to move it up sooner because I wanted to get it done before the snow came. About an hour later I received a call back that a technician was in the area and was ahead of schedule for the day and could be over in about an hour. Brad from Pratt came over, described what he was going to do and got to work. He was careful with bringing in his equipment into the house to not make a mess and cleaned up when finished. I asked him to take a few pictures of the chimney cap that he provided in the inspection report which was in my in-box before he left the driveway. He answered my questions, made some suggestions, and was very professional during his visit. Definitely recommend!"

They took the time to make sure we had all of our questions answered at every part of the process. They repaired damaged spots on our stucco exterior and then sprayed on a coat of new stucco. They also re-pointed a deteriorating chimney and installed new chimney caps on both chimneys. The house looks fantastic!
