"It's a pretty decent system, I think. They send you the pieces and you install them yourself, which is pretty easy. The only real problem I have is that one sensor is too far away from the panel...or there's some interference, and they haven't been able to fix that. It's an interior door, so it's not the end of the world, just a little annoying. Their customer service is pretty good though. Nice, smart customer service people on the other end, very polite and helpful."

"I contacted Ben and he was able to come out two days later. I had a leak around my chimney and needed my gutters cleaned. Ben and his assistant where on time and very personable. I explained the issue and Ben was able to tar the chimney and another problem area right away. They also cleaned all of the gutters including a detached garage. I am very happy with Ben's service and will use him again for future projects."

"Just a basic gutter cleaning through an Angie's list deal.  They did pretty good, but I had someone else on the roof a few days later and they noted that a few feet of the gutter still had leaves in them.  I'm guessing this was just an omission.  Nothing major.
