"Keven was polite and efficient. He re-did the grout on our large chimney and waterproofed the whole thing. A one inch rain (with wind) a few days later resulted in no sign of wetness on the stone in our loving room. This had seemed like an unbeatable problem for several years. PROBLEM SOLVE!"

"We purchased a beautiful free standing pellet stove from ESES in Junction City and had them install it, and we couldn't be more pleased with it. It was installed yesterday and Dan the tech guy called ahead to make sure it was ok that they were running early, he offered to wait and come at the scheduled time if I preferred - very considerate I would say! Since I was already home I said it was fine to come early, and they arrived about an hr early. Dan and his assistant were both very polite and professional. They got it set in place and then had me come take a look at it to make sure everything was ok before they actually installed it. After installation Dan went through how to use the control pad, how to clean it and when to do the different cleanings. He was also able to answer all my questions - he was very thorough. Michael is the salesman we worked with and he was also very knowledgeable about the company and the stove and the installation. He explained about the different pellets and the best time to purchase pellets. He was also thorough about all the different stoves they sell and the different types of venting available for them. We were treated great at ESES in Junction City and we would HIGHLY recommend them.....in fact we already did, my sister & her husband bought a pellet stove insert for their fireplace from them too after we did. :)"

"It's a pretty decent system, I think. They send you the pieces and you install them yourself, which is pretty easy. The only real problem I have is that one sensor is too far away from the panel...or there's some interference, and they haven't been able to fix that. It's an interior door, so it's not the end of the world, just a little annoying. Their customer service is pretty good though. Nice, smart customer service people on the other end, very polite and helpful."
