"I found Juan through a neighborhood website who gave him a great review. He promptly responded to my request for an estimate to demo and replace a very old fence and gate. He just as quickly gave me an estimate which I thought was very reasonable. He not only replaced my fence but he also installed a pergola on my deck and replaced my side garage door. I have a very old crooked garage but he was able to install the door by squaring it up. The fence looks fantastic and the best part was the pergola. Love love love it! During the process he included me with any changes that came up and completed the work quickly. I would highly recommend Juan for any decking or fence job."

"Jake is in a category on his own based on my experience over the many years and homes Iâ ve done work to. He has a rare combination of outstanding communication skills, transparent about scope, cost upfront and as he goes, various skills (drywall, carpentry, tile and more) and what he does he does with a perfectionist mindset. He wants to be as proud and happy of his work as the customer is. In addition he is open to and likes special, collaborative and creative projects. I feel I found a professional partner in beautifying my home. As a result he sometimes books quite far out. That said itâ s worth asking because he might be able to fit in a smaller job sooner."
