The job was done adequately and the owner said you shouldn't have any leaks for over 30 years He warrenteed the roof and said that if we had any problems we should contact him. Well, 15 years later, we now have leaks. He strung us along for over a month promising he would take care of the issue but never did so my wife called him one day, and he started screaming at her telling her he wasn't going to do anything for her and that she should stop pestering him and hung up I would never, never recommend his roofing company.

Everything went smoothly. I had done research and picked out all the products to be used on house. So, there wasn't much to discuss. But, Dave walked through the whole process to make sure we were on the same page. From the moment I met him, I could tell his company was a front runner. He is very straight forward - no double talk - willing to explain details. He came back several times before we agreed on project scope and cost. Even after the contract was signed, we had several phone conversations to discuss specific details. I thought it was unusual that no down payment was required. The full payment is due on completion of the project. The weather was not cooperative - unbelievable heat, humidity, & rain. Even so, they started within a few days of the original date. The crew, led by Scott, were all pleasant and easy to work with. If something didn't seem right to me, I was easily able to discuss it with Scott. This always resulted with my satisfaction. Dave stopped by each day to check on the crew and see how things were going. All in all, I can't say enough good things about them. Wonderful people that do quality work. My house looks great. I couldn't be happier.

We are extremely happy with the work performed by Budget Builders. It was quite a large project but Budget Builders made and seamless. We never felt rushed or pressured to sign or agree to anything. They were very patient and when needed were able to give awesome suggestions, especially when it came to color selections, and window design. They were timely, showed up to work when they said they would, completed the work that was contracted in a timely fashion, and were extremely neat and clean. We took bids from 4 other contractors and Budget Builders was the most affordable. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. They transformed our house from the 70's to 2018. We HIGHLY recommend them for your exterior remodeling project.

It was wonderful. Dave owns the company and he is thorough and goes over to everything before you signed the contract because he wants to make sure that you understood everything that needs to be done when they will start the work. He kept us updated on the orders to be used for gutters and all the siding. Siding was done first then after 3 days all gutters was finished. And when guys are started doing the job, he always check on them everyday and they cleaned up after themselves and no debris left at all as if no work was done. They were wonderful.

Most excellent! Good, clean thorough. I was amazed at how good it looked. Each crew was friendly & professional. They took time to answer any questions I had. Going forward, I won't consider using anyone else.

The siding and trim looks great. Mark did meticulous work on the job. Job site left clean and tidy daily. Installed replacement lights along side patio doors and on gable ends. If we need addktional work will utilze again.

I have a rental property in Milwaukee that badly needed siding. I received at least 5 quotes and Budget Builders was the only company that listened to what I was saying about wanting a quality product at a reasonable price for my rental. All the other companies tried to up-sell me, which told me they didn't care about what I was saying or what I needed. Budget Builders not only provided me the product I was looking for, but the installer was extremely meticulous about his work, finished on time, and cleaned up every inch of the yard when he was finished. I found Budget Builders to be honest, trustworthy, and a company that stands behind their quality work. I highly recommend Budget Builders.

All the work was completed to our satisfaction! Customer service, price and workmanship was excellent!! We would definitely use Budget Builders again in the future!

Dave, the owner of Budget Builders, was prompt to return my call and punctual on the appointment for the estimate. He spent two hours discussing siding options, gutter and downspout options, colors and getting to know me as a customer. He also explained advantages of one product vs. another and did not pressure me toward a more expensive solution. He also explained who would be doing the work and what kind of schedule they would have. Just before the work began, Dave reviewed the schedule with me. His people were amazing in how quickly they got everything done, and their workmanship was fantastic! Budget Builders did a quality job with quality materials at a very good price. And Dave is a great guy!

The whole process was easy and stress free, Dave (the owner) came over and provided a detailed quote. We had quotes from three companies and none were close to the detailed quote like Dave. He explained each step and when each crew would be coming for the installation. Dave provided a quote in mid-March 2017 and wrote the detailed contact out with us, listing the exact material which would be installed. The weather was not cooperating with our original installation schedule, but Dave called and provided updates when the installation would begin. The roofer (a crew of 7) tore off and installed the roof on the garage and house in one day between rain storms. The roofers cleaned up everything (I didn’t find one nail) and used a piece of cardboard to get debris from the cracks in our cement driveway. The siding and soffits were next; Mark and his son are meticulous workers and perfectionist. In hind sight I probably should have purchased a new service door to my garage, but after Mark wrapped the frame (and I painted the door) it looks brand new. The siding and soffits on my house and garage looks awesome. The gutters were last and are equally impressive. After everything was completed, Dave went over the Warranty information and filled out the forms for us to mail in (or online) I can’t say enough good things about this Budget Builders

They were great from start to finish. I called 5 companies for an estimate and they were 2000.00 less than the others. David came a couple days after I called him. He came prepared to give me a written estimate right then. The other companies mailed me theirs days/weeks later. He also brought samples so I picked the color right away. He
scheduled me for 2 weeks. I wanted a lifetime, transferrable warranty and a 10 year warranty on labor, and that's what I got. They gave me a new vent system as I didn't have one before (we don't know why). I got an entire roof ice/water shield where I only had 3 feet before. They also replaced a portion of a rotten fascia, which I thought I'd have to get a carpenter for. All three things I got for no extra charge, because, he said, he wanted to do it right. They cleaned up afterwards, and were done in one day. They are very nice, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them to anyone and will call them myself for future remodeling.

In the course of removing the old gutters, they found that an earlier roofer hadn't added flashing under the gutters. For a very small additional charge they installed the flashing AND replaced the gutters and downspouts. Then, about a week after they had finished, I realized that one of the downspouts would be in the way of the installation of an awning that I had ordered. For no additional charge, they came back and moved the downspout. Talk about customer service!!!!! The workmen were all extremely polite and professional, cleaning everything up.

They did a great job!  A+++  I am very satisfied and highly recommend them to others and have!  They were excellent about cleaning up afterwards and such gentlemen to work with.  Very Respectable.

Our experience was great.
The process was explained well and he was very patient with me in picking out the color of the roof. Not high pressure and a lot of explanation as to what we needed to do an why we needed to do it. The work team was fast and very clean.
What most impressed me is when the job was finished the price was reduced a small bit because they did not have to do as much for repairs as they had anticipated.  Honesty means a lot to me and I have recommended them to several friends who were also very happy with their roofs.

went very well ,asked about details if needed . some of things were found i was not aware of were brought to my attention were rectified . was a little high on price ,but job was well done .was very hard to put a roof on due to weather. had to dodge work between rain drops.considering.all things ,it was a good job.

Budget Builders did a really gorgeous job. I'm really happy with them. They did a good job in cleaning up  everything. I'm really satisfied with the quality. 

We were very happy with Budget Builders.  Their bid was far less than anyone else and they had done many siding jobs in the area.  The salesman was very knowledgable and the work crew was terrific.  The siding looks awesome - a nice "finished" look.  They were asked twice to come back - once to tweek something that loosened and once to add a piece that we wanted that wasn't originally talked about.  Both times they came and finished the job without a problem.  We would definitely recommend them.  They also installed our new outdoor lights and hung a new gate with hardware without question.  Scott, the crew chief, was top notch.

They seemed like they tore up my roofing boards because they did not know there were four layers on my roof. They did finish the job in time frame given. I didn't know about the broken boards until later after the job was done. Even when I called to tell him, he didn't come out to inspect the boards at all. He stated the gaps in the boards where there before. There are many places where there is just tar paper and no boards covering. They did not fix the flashing around my chimney well and now I need to hire someone to fix this. In the back of the house, the shingles are uneven at the end where they hang over. They did do a very good job cleaning up.
