"Great attention to detail, you can definitely tell they take pride in the work they do! I had a question so I sent him a text, and before I set my phone down he had already responded. Highly recommend Mac’s if you want someone from the area that will make your dream fence come true!"
"The gentleman that installed my new fence did an outstanding job. They were respectful and very polite. The fence looks perfect with the steep grade of my yard, there are no gaps on the bottom where my dogs could get out."
"They were very forthright about the type and extent of work needed I.e. a thorough cleaning of all the cabinetry in our condo vs an actual refinishing. Also followed up promptly with some minor finishing touches. Highly recommend!"

"I would highly recommend RBK Services for fencing. Very helpful with mother. Helped her pick out & up new fencing materials. Walked her through on how & when the job would be done. It was great to see this contractor with such consideration for my mothers needs. The job was completed in a timely matter. Job well done . Very satisfied. Thank you for all your care & consideration."
"Great! They spent 2 days repairing a poor roofing job that lead to our leaking and a several nests of wasps invading house. They also did a great job cleaning our gutters this spring.
They will be returning next spring for another issue we need addressed.
We were very happy with this company, Ben is very easy to talk with. "
"Really enjoyed working with Darren - he communicated what and how he was installing my fence. Kudos to him for even talking with the neighbor who will be looking at the back of my fence to make sure it was ok for the neighbor!!!"
"I needed to put in a concrete barrier. Andrej came by and gave a very low estimate. I was initially concerned about the low bid. I was also concerned about the low scores from other reviewers on Angie's list. I noticed however that many of the reviewers had not actually used Andrej's services and were simply concerned by his low bid or maybe his accent. Who knows. Needless to say, I had Andrej complete the work. He did a great job on the concrete. He came back after a couple of days to repair spots in the concrete that I did not notice and did not care if the spots were repaired. Andrej insisted on making the repairs. I have used Andrej on second job already. He did a great job on the second concrete project too. "
When planning fencing in Fond Du Lac, consider the deep frost line—posts should be set below 48 inches to prevent shifting during freeze-thaw cycles. Check local zoning for fence height and style restrictions, especially near parks or historic areas. Assess your property’s drainage and slope to avoid water pooling. Always confirm property boundaries before installation to prevent disputes with neighbors.
Helpful?
Completing fencing projects in Fond Du Lac enhances daily comfort by creating private outdoor living spaces and reducing noise from nearby streets. Fencing also helps block strong winds and drifting snow common in the area, making yards more usable year-round. Clearly marked property boundaries add peace of mind, while secure enclosures let children and pets play safely, increasing both convenience and curb appeal.
Helpful?
When hiring a fencing pro in Fond Du Lac, prioritize those with proven experience handling local soil types and weather conditions. Ask for references from recent projects in your neighborhood. Ensure they’re knowledgeable about permit requirements and property boundaries. Request a clear project timeline and written estimate, and confirm they’ll handle debris removal and offer guidance on fence maintenance for long-lasting results.
Helpful?
In Fond Du Lac, letting snow and ice accumulate against fence bases can cause premature rot or warping. Using harsh de-icing products nearby may damage finishes. Allowing plants or vines to grow unchecked against fencing traps moisture, leading to decay. Regularly inspect for loose boards or hardware, and promptly address minor repairs to prevent bigger problems—especially before the harsh winter months set in.
Helpful?
Homeowners in Fond Du Lac often overlook the need for permits or fail to verify property lines, risking costly corrections. Skipping frost-depth installation leads to shifting fences after winter. Choosing materials that can’t withstand freeze-thaw cycles or heavy snow is another common error. Neglecting to plan for proper drainage or starting projects too late in the season can also cause delays and long-term issues.
