I am extremely pleased with their immediate response to my inquiry and equally pleased with their willingness to tackle all of the additional outdoor yard maintenance tasks that I needed and did so at a very fair price. Jerry and team provided a quote on a late Tuesday afternoon and completed everything by that Friday AM which was well beyond my expectations. I could not have hoped for any better. I highly recommend them.

Jerry and his crew were quick, efficient, and at a very reasonable price. He made an extra effort to fit me into his schedule during a busy season for trimmers. He also made sure to ask me if everything looked ok before he completed the work. Very polite, professional, and easy to talk with. He made sure to take the time to actually return my calls, which seems to be a real problem with a lot of contractors. Good job Jerry. I would definitely hire them again.

I understand it has been a wet year. The reason for going on the third week of not finishing the job is rain. There have been plenty of chances to finish. I have cleaned up a portion of the job that was contracted to be done. I am still waiting for a finished job.

"Yes we were hired a few weeks back n well we do not do same day service which many companies are now booked months in advance. Mike hired us to remove a large willow branch that had broken off down a hill n we did not want to ruin his property to do the job ? Also he had corn stalks and hay mixed in under the hidden branch which we removed a lot of but i said this is to much you get a freebie for a whole 25 ft flatbed full of hay and corn stalks which we took pics of to show any customers who ask sorry that we cared about your property and gave you a freebie. Also the community knows there was a bad wind storm the past week and customers had tress on there houses, blown down across there driveways etc these are Priority jobs that need to be done first not a branch that fell off in a wet field?"

Jerry was prompt in returning my call and showing up to give me a very fair estimate. He did a great job listening to my concerns and making sound recommendations. He followed up in a timely manner to complete the job when weather conditions became suitable. Jerry and his helper, Scott, did an outstanding job in my backyard. They did a multitude of tasks: thinned out and trimmed branches on my maple tree that had grown too near to power lines, trimmed and thinned the dead wood from my overgrown red twig dogwoods, and trimmed all my other shrubs and ornamentals including lilacs, hydrangeas, and my overgrown trumpet vine. Their clean up and removal of all the trimmed branches was superior. They even raked the yard! I highly recommend Pleasant View Forestry and Landscaping honest, professional, friendly, safe, and great pricing.
