"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

Also, because of somewhat odd colored tile and grout in the tub/shower, we despaired of finding a wall color that would look good with the tile, but yet harmonize with the colors in the rest of the house. Shena at Red Canary was just terrific - she came out right away, squeezed us into her schedule in time to be done before our guests arrived, and she came up with a great color choice we just love! The walls were repaired and skim coated to correct the flaws before painting - they look perfect - you'd never know the state they'd been in before! Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and professional, and went out of their way to help us with other aspects of the renovation project. Shena has very high standards for work quality, and she wasn't ready to sign off on the job as finished until everything was perfect. We were so happy to have learned of Red Canary and Shena through Angie's List - she was a delight to work with, and we're thrilled with the outcome. We will be using Red Canary on another painting job coming up soon, and can wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone needing painting services!"
