It took 9 months to get original order of windows. The installation was HORRIBLE. Crew was nice and I even tipped them, but when they left I found hundreds of glass shards all ove my living room. They took a hammer to remove two transom windows and the broken glass went everywhere. I found glass on chair cushions 12 feet from the window + all over carpet. Outside they left a pile of broken glass that they didn't clean up. Upon my complaint they said after we paid the balance they would take care of the broken glass. I felt like I was being held hostage by them to do what they should have done. There service tech did come out and remove the pile of glass outside and he was nice, but they shouldn't have had to come back. Then over the winter two of the 8 windows cracked. They did stand behind it except that 3 months later the replacement windows arrived, but they were the wrong color, Had to wait 2 more months to get corr3ect windows. They were replaced 10 days ago so I'll wait to see if they survive this up coming winter. All in all CSR Anne was very nice and the service tech was nice also, but the company was unacceptable for what we paid, and they never offered any credit for the poor installation or having to wait 17 months to get the job finished.

Very disappointing experience. Severe disconnect between salesman and install; inaccurate representation. Poor quality workmanship, many mistakes. Communication hugely deficient. No contact with office staff other than Rick, Project Supervisor. Screen on sliding glass door poor quality, thin, several noted tears/holes. Asked for this to be replaced; replacement is poor quality work. Installed a faulty slider door (dent in frame and does not close/lock properly). Caulking around trim/panels inside room was done too quickly, sloppy, leaving gaps and cracks. PTAC unit is loose, not sealed as there is a gap along bottom of unit, allowing cold air and debris to blow in. Several concerns still not addressed. Submitted a lack of satisfaction to Champion and Marie Downes replied sorry for the inconvenience with our new "KITCHEN" and that she would look into it right away. Have not heard back in two months.

So far, I have only spoken with the sales representative who came to my home. He actually spent a lot more time with me than was initially scheduled. Chris was very thorough and explaining so many things which made me comfortable enough to sign a contract right then. Looking forward to the next phase of the project.

So far I'm very satisfied with Champion as a company. My rep, Trey is very professional and a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and helped me understand my options and feel confident in my options chosen. He's been available and quick to respond to my questions along the way. I'm looking forward to continuing to working with you all!

Salesman was nice and informative. Haven't received the windows (10 to 14 weeks wait to get them). Can't really answer the question about hiring them again, because I haven't received the windows. So I don't know if the people or the windows were a good buy.

They said my patio doors were guaranteed for a lifetime, but when I called them they said they charged $95.00 to send a truck out to make the repairs.

We are excited so far with the level of professionalism and courtesy that the team members at Champion have shown to my family. They are in the process of designing our sunroom and have been very responsive to our design questions and needs. They have given us a timeline for the services and so far have stuck to the process.

The installation went fine. Arrived in the time frame. Although the price was a bit high. Windows look nice. Areas were clean when they left. They failed to drop off the trim (that was to used around the windows) so we could paint or stain them. The way it is now the trim stands out.

Our sale person was courteous and listened closely to what we wanted. The windows were delivered and installed on time. They look great!

My windows were installed last summer with no kind of sealant around them to prevent draft. This winter I had frost building up on my drywall around the trim board. I called and explained exactly what was missing only to have a service tech show up and shake his head in disbelief over how poor of an install job was done. Being that he had no supplies with him at the time, nothing was done, which was a waste if time for both of us. I requested the fix be taken care of this spring and haven't heard a word from them. Terrible customer service, terrible install, over priced junk. Take your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

It was pretty negative. They damaged my floors. They promised to fix it and but they never did.

It was fine. They cleaned up after they left. They were very courteous.

It took much longer that I was told. I was told it would be a month or at the most 6 weeks. It took over that, 8 weeks, to complete the job.

Champion originally installed a few of my windows 10 years ago and I was pleased with the work. I had a fire in 2018 and had to have all my windows replaced. The contractor tried to duplicate what Champion had done to no avail. I contacted Champion and the representative, Jennifer Bell, came to my home and gave me a quote. She was professional, personable, funny, and honest. I truly appreciated her candor and assistance. When an unforeseen issue arose, Jen contacted me right away and explained my options. Once my windows arrived and the guys came to install, they too were professional. They called ahead of time and even notified me they'd be a little late because there was a car on fire on their route to my home. When they arrived at my home, they were respectful and asked immediately if they should remove their shoes. They explained how long installation should take and encouraged me to ask questions along the way. I returned to work and felt very comfortable leaving my home in their care. Before leaving for the day, they called and told me of the progress and what would be done the next day. When I returned home everything was just as I left it. The job took a little longer than expected because of what was done with one of my windows from the previous owner. Champion went above and beyond to match up the soffit piece that needed to be replaced and installed it professionally. I can hardly tell the difference between my original old white soffit and the piece they used as a replacement. THANK YOU! The look of my windows is amazing! The installation was professional and to say I'm pleased is an understatement. Jen Bell and the Champion team were excellent and the craftsmanship was impeccable!

It went well. Dana, the manager at the time, was right on top of everything and responsive to all concerns. The most experienced workman was excellent.

On instillation day, I walked out into the sunroom and noticed a lemon sized hole in the bottom outside pane, a starburst fracture at the top and a crack connecting the 2 areas. The installers offered no apologies---only said "I called my boss and took a picture---a new one is ordered---the other installer said it would take a week. The week was changed to a few weeks by the New Berlin office. Weeks turned into months. At one point, I contacted the BBB--but that did not help. One day, while talking to the office manager Amber, she said "Is this your only problem? I wish all mine were so small." Due to strong winds, the crack began to separate and new cracks developed----I had to apply duck brand tape to stabilize the window. Another home improvement person who was at my home to give an estimate on another project said "that should have never been left that way---it is dangerous." I also spoke to Sumur at the corporate customer care. I expressed my concerns about safety/liability. I asked what happens if someone is injured by the breaking window and she replied "we don't worry about what ifs." Both Amber and Sumur told me I needed to be patient. Amber told me corporate changed the order from rush to standard---retrospectively, based upon what she said, I am convinced that Sumur made the imprudent decision to change the order from rush. Champion for weeks kept telling me my order was sent out---and came up with dandy excuses when it did not show up. It took over 3 months to come in. When the installer came, he subtly scolded me for not being patient. I thought the caulk job was sparse, but now I am seeing just how bad the caulking is as it is separating after only 4 months. I would never do business with Champion again, nor would I recommend them to others!

Very very very BAD!!!!!

We have had them and we were happy with them. They were very good. Their prices were right in line. It was a husband and wife team that came out. It was very funny because she was the brains and he was the brawn. Maybe I could of gotten it cheaper, but sometimes cheap is not always best. They quality was excellent. Their responsiveness was excellent. They were on time.They worked together well. I did recommend them to my daughter who was next door. I don't think they used them because they didn't have the money to do it right away.

They completed the project within 4-5 weeks. The manager on the job was great, and totally had my interests at heart. The guys who did the work were very good with the exception of one guy who needed quite a bit of supervision to get the job done right. Since the other two guys were very experienced, they were able to help him. I am very satisfied with what was done and have recommended Champion to many people.

Excellent work - they were here when they said they would be and delivered everything just as planned.
