I did not believe it was overly expensive. Their price was good and their work was good but they were messy. I have little kids and they left hardware and metal shavings on the floor. They made a water mess on the basement and they did not vacuum it. When they fixed the bathroom faucet, they installed the inside of the faucet handles backwards so they turn backwards. They turn on and off. When I mentioned that, he was argumentative with me about it.

He was very pleasant. I showed him the pipe, he told me what he was going to do and got right to work. He replaced the pipe in about an hour. Carried out the old one.

excellent job for both the well pump, which burnt out previously, and the upright shower diverter. work was promptly done, all tools were used (some previous plumbers never had the right tool), and shower diverter done.

We called White Plumbing on advice of retired plumber when our well pump stopped working early one morning. Service tech responded within 2 hours, after checking everything, he replaced relay, well pump worked fine. Well worked great. After 1 week, well pump again stopped. Technician and his boss, Ron White, both responded, and determined that well pump burnt out. It was promptly replaced. We are happy with the work and the response. Well relay was over 20 years old, and well pump over 15-20 years old. We knew it was due for replacement, and glad to get quick response from a company we had never used before.
