And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. They provided carpet cleaning, area rug service, and tile/grout cleaning.

The carpet cleaning system is great.  It is different than you might be used to with an antiquated steam-cleaning system.They used a pretty high tech system that frees up the soil in the carpet fibers and encapsulates them to be vacuumed up.The best part, is there isn't that long drying time that you have with older systems.

You could literally have your carpets cleaned right before your big party....!!
