Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. "Jeremy showed up right on time. He cleaned the carpet so quietly and efficiently even our normally high strung dog didn't notice him much. He was up front about the things that could and couldn't be fixed and knowledgeable about cleaning carpet. We even had Pad Injection done at the site of a couple of really bad pet soiling areas. The whole house smells nice and clean now, and the carpets look great. There were a few spots that couldn't be gotten totally clean due to abuse on our part (really we should vacuum more often) but it looks fantastic. He took extra time at the end with his UV light to look for any remaining pet stains."

They provided carpet cleaning, area rug service, and tile/grout cleaning.

The carpet cleaning system is great.  It is different than you might be used to with an antiquated steam-cleaning system.They used a pretty high tech system that frees up the soil in the carpet fibers and encapsulates them to be vacuumed up.The best part, is there isn't that long drying time that you have with older systems.

You could literally have your carpets cleaned right before your big party....!!

They did a great job on our tile entryway and sofa and loveseat.I would definitely use them again (and recommend them to all my friends)
