"We were in the contracting/construction business for 30 years but are no longer. We hired Schmelling Contracting to install a new roof. He removed all of the old and reinstalled from the decking. I was extremely impressed with Matt Schmelling. From start to finish he showed up exactly when he said he would, or even early and did a great job. He addressed all of my questions professionally, in detail and was very courteous. He put his estimate in writing and there were no hidden charges. I would hire him again in a minute."

The door is very easy to raise & lower by hand so I told him no. I asked him if he would check & lubricate the chain. He said that would damage the unit. The owners manual recommends checking the chain tension & adjusting it if needed. He did not look at it at all. He did not perform a safety check either."
