96 I called Lakeside (Don Lewis) on a Saturday to schedule a visit to fix a recurring problem I had with a Maytag washer. I'd already tried a fix I'd found the internet but the problem returned after several more loads about a week later. I described the problem to Don over the phone and he knew...
Sent an email late night. Had a call promptly first thing the next morning. They were out to do a roof inspection by mid morning. Received a prompt quote with a clear explanation of everything that needed done, and they had a repair guy out by late afternoon who quickly got the job done....
