"David Kottke checked out our previously installed system as we had water on the basement floor. He quickly discovered problem was failure in condensation pump from an AC air handling unit and not the drain system. Serviced sump and tested casement drains as well. Pleasant and efficient. I initially had a poor interaction with Mike that did not result in solving the above plumbing problem above. However, he has since connected with me and resolved the issue fairly.  He did an excellent job the first time I hired him (successfully unclogging a tub drain). Even though the second time we hired him was not successful (and we had to hire a second plumber to resolve the problem) we will use him in the future because he reached out to resolve our concerns in a professional manner.

"Cole and Charles did an amazing job- our new steps look great. Cole was in contact with me through the entire process, including a 1 day rain delay. He explained exactly what was going to happen and when, showed up when he said they would, installed the new concrete steps and fixed our existing retaining wall steps. "It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."
