Did not place plumbing in the desired location. When brought to his attention. Said it would be fine. After vanity arrived and plumbing was obviously not fine. Contacted Ryan through text. He said he stop In that Friday to move to plumb. Ryan no-showed. Contacted again through text. Again he said that Friday. And again he no-showed. Now after multiple texts, he does not reply. Provided a quote that did not change throughout the entire process. Scheduled an installation appointment about 6 weeks later. We requested a change order that was dealt with expeditiously. Installers arrived on at the day and time as promised. Jon B. and Chris G. were professional and skilled. Demolition debris had to be removed by carrying it throughout our entire house and when finished, they left everything immaculate. Job involved a significant amount of demolition, re-routing of plumbing, addition of walls, water proofing an existing window, and installation of a walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. Again, professional in all aspects. Would hire again in a minute."
