I was extremely impressed with Matt Schmelling. From start to finish he showed up exactly when he said he would, or even early and did a great job. He addressed all of my questions professionally, in detail and was very courteous. He put his estimate in writing and there were no hidden charges. I would hire him again in a minute."

The owners manual recommends checking the chain tension & adjusting it if needed. He did not look at it at all. He did not perform a safety check either."
