We had a full roof replacement this summer. Employees were punctual, hard working, and friendly. They finished quickly and we love our new roof!

Long delay (months) for service probably because of weather. The workers arrived on time every day. They were very courteous and professional. They also addressed several minor concerns as work progressed. We are very satisfied with the overall work. We were however, disappointed with the lack of response to our final communications with the owner. Once the job was completed and the bill was paid, the messages we left were not returned. That is a concern and something that potential customers should realize before doing business with this company.

He came out and put the roof on in the wrong color. He came out the same week to replace the roof in the right color. He gave me $0 for the wood that was replaced on the roof and a $50 deduction from the end price for lying and being deceitful. He came out to give me an invoice that said the price due was $1,077.00. I gave him my credit card yesterday and he tried to charge $1,127.00. But because the card wasn't activated he couldn't. When I activated the card he charged $1,100.00. The extra money was for a 3% credit card charge that was not on the invoice he gave me that totally amended the original contract.

Job never completed.  Contract signed 9/29/11. Started work on 1/6/12 which was more than one month later than contract completion date.  Fascia was never completed.  The fasica and soffit which was replaced has come down.  Last contact on 2/18/13 wherein Mike told me that I would need to buy new materials or the "warranty" would be void.

We received 2 quotes prior to contacting All City Contracting. Nobody ever wants to drop that much money on a roof, but it had to be done. Tim was very professional and prompt with everything from the initial quote to the final paper work. He explained everything thoroughly and I knew exactly what to expect. The crew was on-time and worked diligently throughout the days. They did a great job overall and I would highly recommend All City Contracting.

My dealings with All City  Contracting were all positive;from the initial sit-down/quote through the end of the project. I'd never had to deal with such a big project before. Replacing the roof was a daunting project. The owner/foreman was patient and took time to answer all of my questions before, during, and after the project. The crew did a wonderful job with the installation and clean-up. When removing the old shingles they found they found damage to the roof itself, which they fixed nicely, and the job was still completed in a timely manner. I will definitely use them for my next project and would recommend  them whole-hearted to family and friends.

Before hiring All City for our new roof and window needs, we had little prior contractor experience, so we were nervous with what to expect. We were pleased that the crew arrived when expected, were very respectful,professional and were excellent with the after install clean up. The projects were done as promised, on time and for a good price. We plan to use them again for some additional home projects.

The workers were very clean and prompt on getting the project completed.  Clean up afterwards was great. We would reccommend their service to anyone.

The owner came to measure and give me an estimate on windows. He was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable about the product. He was honest, patient, and thorough. We decided to go with All City Contracting due to the price and his timely fashion to install the widows. On the installation day, he arrived a little early to review the plan and began work promptly on time. He was clean, precise, and the windows look amazing! We are super pleased all around and would hire for more work or recommend this company highly.

They replaced  the roof on our home last Friday.  We selected them because they were the lowest price. They did what they said they were going to do, and we were happy with their work.  We would use them again, as well as recommend them.

Great ! They arrived 10 min. before scheduled time. Went right to work and completed the job in 6 1/2 hours. They were polite, quiet, and clean. I was very, very pleased with the work. The workers and the price.
