"He showed up on time. He knocked and let me know that he was going to start the inspection on the outside if I didn't mind. Of course I didn't. He then knocked about 20 minutes later and did the interior inspection which did include radon and mold testing (which I really wanted). James was polite, friendly, and didn't mind me asking questions. I will surely be hiring him for my seasonal inspections. I never thought I would enjoy a home inspection. Who knew?!"

Well, I guess we lucked out with Tier1. Jason spent half the day at my son's prospective house. He looked at absolutely everything. He was extremely thorough, professional and honest with his recommendations. In the evening, we received a detailed report with photos identifying areas of concern. This inspection was money well spent."
