The engineer that prepared the report, Matt Soiney, was extremely detailed in his findings and did an excellent job communicating what repairs were needed and why. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

Matt is very knowledgeable and was great to work with and the inspection was very reasonably priced compared to what other structural engineers charge. He was very responsive to phone calls and emails and showed up to our appointment right on time. He was very thorough and took the time to explain things to me while he was performing the inspection. He took tons of measurements and provided me with an opinion as to what caused the issue, and several recommendations to mitigate future problems.

Our experience with Ed was terrific, and we would recommend him highly. He was incredibly thorough in both his inspection and written report but what we found to be particularly valuable was his verbal review of the inspection results. He was so patient in explaining his inspection findings and his concerns, taking care to insure that we understood them each. His findings have been invaluable in guiding us in prioritizing our subsequent repair work and, in fact, the estimates from specialists which we have since gotten on various issues have confirmed his findings. We are very pleased.
