Cost is determined by the job and there is rarely a down payment required. I accept cash, checks, most major credit cards (through PayPal - even for clients with no PayPal account and I can accept cards in person as well), PayPal transfers, and also offer installment plans for approved clients. We do all the work ourselves, are fully insured, and if a sub-contractor is needed for some aspect of the job (i.e. plumbing/electric) this will be specified at the time of the estimate.

"Dan repaired and re-grouted a few areas in our shower. He cleaned and sealed the grout around the shower tile and on the tile floor. He also re-caulked the periphery of the entire tub and around the glass block window. He spent a lot of time removing all of the old caulk and did a fantastic job of re-caulking. I wish the people we had remodel the bathroom would have done it as finely as Dan did. He was friendly, very skillful at his job and cleaned up perfectly after the job was done. I am so happy with his work. I will hire him again. I suggest that you hire Dan, The Grout Doctor, for your next project. Thanks Dan."

"I had Heiden refinish my tub/shower about 1 year ago. While the customer service and staff was excellent, the quality of the product is poor. This tub/shower only gets used a few months out of the year and it constantly has a film/ soap scum all over the tub. There is no shine...very dull therefore it always looks dirty. There is no mold growing in the caulking. I have followed there recommended cleaning process however due to the porous covering, it never gets clean. I would not recommend this process of refinishing."

"Called to have my ice maker in my fridge to be hooked up. They gave me a 15% coupon for being a first time customer. They came out the next day and quoted me a price between $300-$500 and that I could not use the 15% coupon. I told him no thank you, that he was way to expensive. I was required to a service fee of $62.25. I gave him $63 and he left without giving change. Per service guy, they could have quoted me over me over the phone."
